PoddyHost Privacy Policy

PoddyHost is operated by Archieboy Holdings, LLC. This policy supplements the Archieboy Holdings privacy policy at archieboy.com.

We process account details, podcast settings, source URLs or text you choose to connect, generated scripts, private previews, narration jobs, audio/RSS metadata, billing metadata, support messages, and technical logs to operate the service. Private source previews expire after seven days.

Listening analytics use a keyed, privacy-safe listener identifier for daily deduplication. PoddyHost does not store raw listener IP addresses in the listening-events table. Known crawlers, directory cache warmers, and large automated episode sweeps are marked and excluded from human-listener totals.

When you connect a public URL, PoddyHost retrieves readable text from that URL to create or refresh source-grounded content. You may instead paste material directly. Episode pages can link or canonicalize back to the original source.
